Our Process (From Farm to Export)
Coffee
- Selective hand-picking of ripe cherries
- Pulping and fermentation (washed process)
- Sun-drying on raised beds
- Sorting and grading
- Export-ready packaging
- EU-compliant phytosanitary certification and TRACES NT documentation
Tea
- Hand plucking of two leaves and a bud
- Withering, rolling (CTC or orthodox), oxidation, drying
- Grading and packaging
- QC and moisture testing
- Export paperwork and customs clearance
